As a student joins your institute, you register them for Frexam in your dashboard. That is the only thing you do. Everything after is on us.

Step 2

We book their exam

We book their official IELTS, PTE, or Duolingo on the real portal. Already booked their exam somewhere else? That is completely fine. The guarantee works either way, official booking is just one of the things included, not a requirement.

Step 3

They take one mock

A full-length supervised mock that sets the score their guarantee is measured against.

Step 4

They sit the real exam

Their official IELTS, PTE, or Duolingo, taken as normal. Nothing changes on exam day.

Step 5

Half price if they fall short

If their real score comes in below their mock, their retake is half price, booked through us.

Your student takes our supervised mock, which sets their level. Then they sit their real exam. If their real score comes in below their mock, their retake is half price. For IELTS that's a full band (1.0) below; for PTE it's more than 5 points below; for Duolingo it's 20 or more points below.
It's a full-length, supervised mock that closely predicts the real exam score. It matters because it's the score the guarantee is measured against, we're confident enough in it to back it with a half-price retake.
Yes. We're an official IELTS partner via IDP, an official Pearson PTE Partner, and an official Duolingo English Test partner, so every exam is booked on the real portal. Your student pays only after their slot is confirmed, or they can book elsewhere and still add the guarantee.
One simple all-in fee, shown on the exam's page, covering their official booking, one supervised mock, and the Retake Guarantee. Their exam fee is paid separately to the exam body.

Every student across India takes the same standardized, mock test. That's what keeps retake requests fair and dispute-free. Your training mocks continue exactly as before; this is one extra test, online, about 2 hours.
For bookings made through us, we verify the score and contact the student ourselves if they qualify. For guarantee on your own bookings, the student requests their retake at frexam.com/request-retake with their official scorecard. Verified within 48 hours, then we book the retake. Nothing comes to your desk.
