When your retake is half price

  • ✓You take one supervised mock through Frexam
  • ✓Your mock is band 5.0 or above
  • ✓Your real overall band comes in a full band (1.0) or more below your mock
  • ✓You request within 30 days of your result, and your retake is booked through Frexam within 2 months of your original exam

When it does not apply

  • ✗Your overall band is at or above your mock
  • ✗Your overall band is less than a full band below your mock
  • ✗Your mock is below band 5.0, where we keep ₹1,000 and refund the rest
  • ✗A voided, withheld, missed or cancelled exam
