Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Identity and contact details: name, phone, email, city, and the ID details required by Pearson to register your exam (e.g. passport details);
• Exam data: your preferred test dates, mock test scores, and official PTE scores as shown on the Pearson Partner Portal;
• Payment records: transaction confirmations from our payment provider (we never see or store your card or banking credentials);
• Communication records: calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails relating to your booking, kept for service and dispute resolution;
• Website data: standard analytics (pages visited, referral source such as a coaching centre code). Our site uses Google Analytics.

2. How we use it

• To register and administer your PTE booking on the official Pearson systems;
• To arrange your proctored mock test;
• To verify your official score and process Score Protection claims;
• To send you booking confirmations, reminders, and results-related communication;
• To meet our legal, tax, and contractual record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

• Pearson, to register and administer your exam (their processing is governed by Pearson's own privacy policy, which you accept when registering for PTE);
• Our mock test provider (currently Gurully), limited to what is needed to administer your mock;
• Our payment provider, to process your payment;
• The coaching centre that referred you, limited to your name and booking status, solely so they can be paid their referral fee;
• Authorities, where required by law.

4. Storage and retention

Your data is stored on access-controlled systems. We retain booking, score, and payment records for as long as needed to service your booking and to meet legal retention requirements (typically 8 years for financial records under Indian law), after which they are deleted or anonymised.

5. Your choices

• You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or correction of inaccurate data;
• You may request deletion of your data after your booking and any claim are complete, subject to records we must keep by law;
• You may opt out of non-essential communication at any time by replying or writing to us.
